Physician Grade Chemical Peels
Chemical peels use a chemical solution, applied to the skin by a physician, to remove the top layers of damaged skin. The new, regenerated skin appears smoother in texture, tighter, and more even in color. Chemical peels are useful for those individuals with facial blemishes, wrinkles and uneven skin pigmentation. There are various strengths and concentrations of chemical peels each developed for specific indications such as wrinkles, acne, overall skin texture and skin tone. Some chemical peels are mild and have no down time, while others are stronger and have down time for up to one week. Chemical peels can be performed on the face, neck, chest, hands, arms, and legs.
